Earrings N.1 'RECYCLE GLAMOUR'
These earrings are part of a line that I had in mind for some time, but had not yet managed to develop: it is a collection that talks about recycling, a 'GLAMOR RECYCLE'. Obviously I tried to adapt the topic by making it my own and not distorting my style. The protagonist material of the project are CD-ROMs, which we almost no longer use. The thing I love about using CD-ROMs is that I can decide the shape it can take by piercing it with a hacksaw, not like with semiprecious stones which I find already cut. Since I had this idea, a lot of possibilities have opened up for me and as a result I'm giving vent to my creativity in every way. In addition to the ecological aspect, which should not be underestimated, or rather underlined, is the wonderful reflection they have, under the light CDs are capable of releasing all the colors of the rainbow.

These pendant earrings are made of brass + silver hook and CD-ROM disk cut by hand with a hacksaw and set in a base soldered to a wave with a square profile.
