Did you know that...
The first wedding rings date back to the time of the ancient Egyptians. The circle was considered the shape that represented infinity and was therefore ideal for creating jewelery that celebrated love and inseparable unions.
Its name derives from the Latin " fides" which it means faith; furthermore Fides was also the Roman goddess of loyalty and fidelity and the vows made in her name were considered the most inviolable.
Why the left ring finger?
Another curiosity linked to these rings is why they are worn on the ring finger of the left hand. There are various theories, but my favorite interpretation is that of the ancient Egyptians, according to whom the wedding ring was worn on the ring finger of the left hand because they thought there was a vein, the " vena amoris ", that went straight to the heart.
Unique and handcrafted wedding rings..
Almost all my jewelery is one-of-a-kind pieces, so I thought why not do the same for the wedding rings. On the other hand, each of us is different and there is something that distinguishes us from others. For this reason I chose to make each pair of rings from scratch, based on the needs and tastes of my customers. All you have to do is tell me a little about yourself!

HOW DOES IT WORK?
To help you choose your rings, I thought I'd create a set of different wedding rings, which can act as a starting point for the final decision. Everything is enclosed in a handmade walnut wood box.
If you want, we could organize a day to meet in my laboratory, or, if you are far away , you can comfortably receive the box* at your home containing :
1) Set of 10 wedding rings , which you can choose from when ordering (NB: the wedding rings will not be in gold but in bronze and silver)
2) A ring holder to help you understand ring size
3) brochures
You can keep the box for a maximum of one week , to be able to try and imagine your wedding rings. In the meantime we will agree on a date for a video call in which you can ask me all the relevant questions, propose changes to be made, or sketch out your rings .
Once the pre-established time has passed, you will have to return the box, repackaging it carefully, as you received it. I will organize the collection with the courier.
Once you have decided on the model and defined the details, you will receive a quote for your wedding rings.
*To receive the box, a deposit of €250 will be required, including €20 shipping costs, excluding which they will be returned to you after verifying that the box has returned in perfect condition. If you decide to proceed with the order, however, they will be deducted from the final estimate.
